Known for his nahenahe (sweet, melodious) vocals, Michael's third album features a mix of original songs and covers of traditional Hawaiian songs, plus several contemporary tunes. The CD package includes a very well-done booklet containing lyrics and translations, as well as the reason for each song's inclusion in the project. Guest artists include Kellen Paik, Lihau Paik, Kale Chang, Jennifer Waipa, Jeff Peterson, Mark Yamanaka, Bobby Ingano, Don Stroud, and Renee Janton.
