  • Orders usually ship within one to four business days. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in transit. PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE PAYMENT PROCESS THROUGH PAYPAL. We cannot ship orders until we receive notification via PayPal that payment has been made.

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused. PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL US FOR AUTHORIZATION prior to returning any item. We will not accept returns later than 14 days from the date of the invoice. Please refer to your invoice number on all correspondence.

    All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge, and must include original packaging.

    PLEASE NOTE: Due to quality control and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any personal care products (soaps, lotions, perfumes, oils, etc.).
